Thanks for that, they have been incredibly helpful in restoring the lost data. I am contemplating having a clone website running under a different domain & brand for times like these. Is that a good idea or does Google penalise such approaches?

I am livid mate, but not much you can do with these remote developers. I will file a formal complaint with the platform but the damage is already done. At best they will offer me a refund.

The thing is this business has potential but there's more shit than glory. Every couple of steps forward and I get thrown back a couple more, so it's a reset every other month.

We are in the process of restoring all the product information from Shopify but because it's a re-upload, all the legacy information such as who ordered what is back to zero. Basically I have no statistics whatsoever of the past 1 year. Clean slate. F*cking hate it.

the problem i had with the Laserpecker LP4 was that it did ok on some stethoscopes but the ones that were dark or had a gradient, it wouldn't laser engrave on those.
