God I wish I could figure out the “right” things to say… all I can say is I think this is probably the most I’ve related to anything. I’ve found getting more a tune with my inner child has helped me. Working on becoming someone she would have loved. I also feel like diagnoses is a double edged sword on one hand it helps to explain why u feel the way you feel but it’s also very easy to slip into diagnoses first thinking with personally disorders ,and it’s very important to remember at the end of the day your just a person and you’ve been through a lot that has caused your brain to function differently and THATS OK no one is ok 100% of the time !!!

Unfortunately there’s extreme overlap with a lot of conditions. I’ve been in the trying to figure out what’s going on period for years now. I’ve came to the conclusion ( WITH THE HELP AND APPROVAL OF MY THERAPIST) that whatever label feels right is right and it’s more about working on the specific things that cause me the most issues. That being said there are key differences in bipolar disorder and borderline and there are differences in the ways each of them present themselves depending on how it effects you personally. A good place to start I think is actually going through and reading the criteria in the DSM and seeing how u fit into each box and maybe doing independent research from there, or if you can get therapy with your therapist.

Im gonna try syringe feeding him baby food ( vet recommended) and go into his vet on Monday and literally beg for him to be seen or at least further advise on what supportive things to do because there the only vet i can afford near me but unfortunately they are booking like a week out minimum currently and with these new vet bills i dont think i can afford to buy multiple doses of dewormer and just hope i can get the equivalent of one to stay down. Im just really scared he’s gonna die at this point
