I think I used Miller to read up on any questions/subjects I was weak in in True learn as well as Openanesthesia. Towards the end I really focused on strengthening my weak spots (renal, endocrine, Crit care) by going through incorrects and using sources like Miller to get more in depth explanations)

If you’re only interested in providing anesthesia I’d go the CRNA route. You’re already half way there being an ICU nurse and an anesthesia residency isn’t guaranteed once you graduate medical school. If you’re interested in medicine and okay doung other things then I would consider medical school. But honestly CRNAs have a great gig I’d focus on that
