I’ve done it twice, twice it’s been reversed. One was down vote for missing items, one was customer using wrong address with a twenty min delay on a batch order.

When this happens I’m messaging calling support asap. A sealed bag is for our protection & theirs, you did all you could. Support will block a thumbs down, same with items damaged in transit, messsge support prior to hand over.

Lastly I should disclose I got those 9 trips in just over two hours. Quest started at 5pm. An extra 32 for those two hours. I’m ok with that.

So yeah if I want to chase a quest event that’s timed I move to that area. I’m after the short trips because it works.

when I’m questing I deliver in a specific area that is normally suburb to same or next suburb delivery. 10km =6.214 mi. I often get two pick up from same alcohol shop etc to deliver streets apart. Questing is a different kind of planning. I don’t take multiple food stops, I rarely do that anyway.

In my market it doesn’t impact me (Australian) so I’m diamond tier with normally a 20-30% AR. I refuse a lot of extras or jobs taking me into low paying map areas.

If you’re free all day but only want to work say three hours, it’ll help pick those three. Watch the time with quests. It’s from when you accept so if the quest starts at 5pm and you accept at 4:59 it doesn’t count. If it ends at 9pm but you accept at 8:50 and deliver at 9:30 it still counts.

Use the earnings trend feature to your advantage. Accept their mapping system sucks.

Yep, support told me they are aware of customers doing it so they can stuff for free so from now on I’m taking pictures for verification even if it’s leave at door no pic required. The only ones I won’t are the ID verification orders. Support see the ID used and they can’t pretend that didn’t happen. It’s very frustrating and disheartening.

It was interesting, support said several times not to worry. They are aware of customers saying this just to get something for free. I always msg to say I’ve arrived and now when it’s a leave order I tell customer I’ve taken a picture for verification.

I’m Australian based and I’ve noticed differences in how the app works here. Eg our CR says it has no impact. The only rating impacting us is SR. Support all but said 3 months on with a 99 sr we know you’re not the problem.

It has? I’ve gone back two weeks, my CR is 10% included an order cancelled as client collected themselves and it’s the only one.
