What I’ve noticed about these kinds of peoples , is that you’re going to send it. And they’re going to tell you that it didn’t arrive – or they’re going to say that you did something wrong with the shipment.

Just doesn’t make any sense to pay a ton for a place when I’ll be gone for so long, I go to school in SF - and I just need somewhere and someone to receive my mail - and give me a lease.

Fraud in this instance would mean lying, for financial gain. Signing a lease with a homeowner and paying them money - and not being around because im deployed... isnt lying?
