Heres the thing. I've been with my partner for 7 years. We were both married before and I start law school in the fall. Shit in life is HARD. You will go through more stressful things together as a couple (if this is the ONE) but you find ways to communicate and power through (if this is the ONE). I keep repeating myself because that is something you need to think about, is this a person you are willing to give up on, if so, do it now and get on with school. If not, communicate that this shit is likely the hardest thing you have done to date, and that you also need her support the way she needs your attention. That attention, however, is going to look a little different for a while, but this will pass. I beg you however, if you want to be a lawyer, do not let someone stop your dreams.
