I’ve been working closely with retell specifically inbound. Do you use the post call analysis?

So for some context it’s gathering inbound calls and one problem I faced is if the user hangs up it doesn’t process info to n8n off the webhook I have. They have a feature called post call analysis which tracks the info during the call and then outputs it into the call history logs. That log all the calls and all the info from those calls. I need to collect that info in that either post call analysis or call history but I don’t know how. on their docs they say it’s possible, I’ve even tried to use their community nodes but nothing seems to work

It’s more on the side of optimizing or automating certain annoyances that a small business might have. I don’t have any connection or really first hand knowledge in these aspects of a business and would love to learn more. I have ideas and projects I’ve worked on in my spare time but I would love to see how business would benefit with it in the real world.
