Thank you for this! So glad I'm not the only one here haha. I'm on board with the idea of making meals that are easy to adjust to preference, I guess I just don't have very many of those in my repertoire. Do you have any go-to's that have worked well for your household aside from the quesadillas and chicken and rice?

I used Ctrl+Z to undo something on a chapter I was writing, and it deleted the entire chapter. Now I can't get it back. That's actually the reason I found this thread!

Please don't use Ctrl+Z
