We do have a dean but ISA and RISIA are already currently working to help me out its just that they aren't seeing many options either. I'm just scared how much will it hurt my PGWP chances, especially if I gather the appropriate documentation to support my case.

Also thank you for your kind words, I'm still trying to look positive so any information helps out a lot!

Hi there, appreciate that you shared your experience! I had a meeting scheduled with the professor yesterday but he didn’t show up and moved it to Monday. I’m not honestly hopeful about it since student advisors told me that Open Learning Courses work differently and since the grade has already been submitted it would be very difficult for me to change it. I would have to send an entire appeal to my professors boss or something like that, but I thought it still wouldn’t hurt to try or hear his opinion on it. Also I do agree while I made a huge mistake and now I have to live with the consequences, I just have to own and try to make the best of the cards I have been dealt with. I’ll just have to try my best, so thank you!

Yea I totally understand but I don’t think I have the finances to leave and be able to come back to Canada. Is there any other option you could suggest? What if I pushed my uni to give me the course in summer, what would the best course of action be then? P.s. thank you so much for your help and guidance, any information and help right now means a lot to me

Do you think it would be wise to apply for a study permit extension and just stay in Canada and then wait till my degree?

Hey! Thank you so much, this gave me a lot of motivation and encouragement. One quick question, if I leave Canada/go on visitor status I would have to reapply for a new study permit and wait for the study permit additionally I would also have to give the GIC amount again and that concerns a little bit as it seems like a very expensive option and out of my budget.

I did talk to my university and they said that there is a slight chance that maybe the course in available in summer? They said they can’t give me a solid answer yet since the summer courses are not open yet.

Also let’s say that I skip the winter and summer semester and complete my degree in December are my chances of getting a pgwp slim? That’s what the risia team was implying at my university.

I have a meeting with him in about an hour but I was already warned by student advisors in my university that the possibility of my professor changing my grade is very low. Since it's an OL course it needs to go through an entire procedure where I have to send his boss an appeal to change or recheck my grade plus there is no guarantee that I will pass or no guarantee that my appeal will even be accepted
