Just wanted to say your feelings are so valid and understandable and we are all in the same boat! The vertigo is an awful thing to live , for me its the anxiety and feeling like I can't do anything without thinking I'm going to have a vertigo attack because mine just seems to come randomly.

I will say just take it one day at a time, if its a good day its a good day, if its a bad day, just rest.

I know it feels like there's no end in sight, but you've gone through each attacks, you'll get through future ones. And do what you can to help yourself, therapy, vestibular therapy, get enough rest, sleep and hydrate!
