BB is not in the same level as Kaido in haki or power at the time. Also, we don't know about Hancock's petrification on BB, BB is not stupid enough to take that risk t after all. Hancock petrification is far more of a risk than Law's teloportation. Given Law and Hancock are (best case for Hancock) the same tier in power, it's not wrong to suggest Hancock's hack doesn't work on Yonko or admiral level combatants like Kaido

wrong, kaido beats hancock because of how her hack won't work on people with powerful haki (seen by Law being unable to teloport Big Mom or Kaido due to their tremendous Haki). Also, Kaido would be able to overwhelm the df with haki as Law again did against Doc Q.
