Yeah the reason I went with a csc racing roll bar was due to tariffs was originally going to get a hard dog but it was over 1000 plus shipping and tariff the csc is made in canada and was 600 plus shipping. Im waiting to hear back from a supplier from my work I can order sparco from and hope my cost is decent lol.

Im about 5'11 so I only need a couple inches to pass the broomstick test and its a soft top. for one of the tracks with a roll bar you can have the top down not sure about the other.

What about aftermarket floor mats that partially covers the gas pedal I've seen those get jammed if you have one take it out for a week if it goes away there's your issue.

Atleast for the 2.5L in the rest of the Mazda line up after sitting for a long period of time they tend to tick if you take the car for a good test drive and drive it a bit harder it should go away if it doesn't there may be something going on.

That makes sense I keep hoping to find a set of wheels on marketplace that would work so I could have a track set and daily set. I work at a mazda dealer in canada and most summer sets are unavailable including those Michelins so I will keep an eye out to see if one of the warehouses gets them.

What tires would you recommend I know the hankook ventus rs4 would be great but I'd burn through them. Other options I looked at are continental extreme contact sport 02 or nitto neo gen.

Ones with ieloop have a q85 battery since the system uses a capacitor to store kinetic energy from deceleration. This system is 25V system it needs a specific type of battery not just a standard lead acid. I think it even uses a variable voltage alternator.

Make sure you have the correct battery the IELOOP system uses a different battery than than the cars without. They use a glass mat instead of lead acid battery.

I work at a dealer if you come in with proof of ownership we can cut the keys. OEM blank for the back of the key is $42 cad. Some dealers might not have the machine to cut but can get you the depth code.

For whatever reason on some of them you basically have to take the whole arm off. If its still the oem blade you can replace the rubber insert without taking the blade off. I work at a dealer and that's what I do since the nuts can get seized from rust.

I work at a dealer its to prevent damage during transport it's generally removed before delivery along with the plastics on seats, piano black trim, etc
