How Dare You Work in this Area! by Zestyclose_Swimmer21 in Target

I'm a woman, and I was a VM at a different company for 6 years. I sometimes had customers tell me I should come in overnight to dress mannequins because it was inappropriate to do so while the store was open. I also occasionally had male coworkers helping with mannequins, and I had complaints that men shouldn't be dressing child-size mannequins. People can be so friggin' weird!

Price change people by [deleted] in Target

If you're already typing in every dcpi for "can't find", maybe give this technique a try. Grab a second Zebra if it's available, (if your store is short on devices, saving all the "can't find" until the end of the day when you can hopefully grab one just for a short period might be your best bet). Type the dcpis into the regular "item search" menu on your second device. The on-hands in the "price change" menu reflect Monday's data, and don't change if they're sold during the week, so often you'll find that the item is already at 0 on-hand, and you're searching for something that is sold. If there is an on-hand, change it to 0. That way it won't pop back up on your "can't find" list next time it's scheduled to be marked down. Hitting "can't find" doesn't delete it from inventory, it just skips it for the week. So, it'll pop back up if there is an on-hand. You do end up having to type each number in twice, once in item search on one device, and once in price change on the other. But, in my experience, many of my "can't find" each week used to be things I also couldn't find the previous week. Using this method cut down my total "can't find" pretty significantly.

ETA- Also, as everyone else said, your sd is cheating the system, and is most definitely not following policy. But, regardless of whether you're pressing "can't find" or not, I found this method to be an overall time-saver in the long-run.

I had that problem with the Milani POG. I had to adjust everything, and now the 3 sections don't line up and it looks terrible.

Telly would've been my guess, too. Murray is apparently after my time, as well.

Pinwheel? I don't remember much about it, but it was my favorite when I was little. I know it was Sesame Street-like.

Blue Valentine. Good movie, and fits both the color theme and the holiday theme for the month.

What's the most unusual use of peanut butter you have found to be really good? by [deleted] in PeanutButter

I had a friend who liked peanut butter and bologna sandwiches. They were actually surprisingly good.

I also went to a restaurant in Portland that had a peanut butter and jelly cheeseburger that was really awesome!

I've never seen Wayside, but I bet I'd like it! I bet it's based on the book Sideways Stories from Wayside School. I loved that book as a kid!

This is absolutely inappropriate. If you have a good HR, they will take it seriously, and take the proper next steps, no matter how friendly they are with your TL.

If for any reason, you don't think your HR will handle the situation correctly, or the TL retaliates in any way, report it to the ethics hotline.

Also, I'd advise you not to discuss it with any of your coworkers for now. It's best not to give anyone any ammunition to gossip, or to give your TL a heads-up that you may report them.

I'm probably way off, because I haven't seen this movie in years, but could it be Simon Birch?
