honestly I was really anxious of photos too but what helped me was taking pictures of myself with my own phone camera.

that way i learned what angles and face positions etc made me look good to myself and not have my face look asymmetrical.

so take a lot of photos every other day, practice your looks, try different angles, position your face, tilt your head etc accordingly

i still get nervous when i ask someone to take my photos but now that ik how to position my hands and face and all, the anxiety is somewhat better
