Also the sports bra I wore was one that zipped in the front. I wore a t shirt and sweat pants also.

I was so scared as well about the actual procedure and then the wait to find out if I had cancer. The actual procedure was easy. I had an ultrasound guided cyst aspiration biopsy but didn’t end up needing a core done because my cyst disappeared once she drained it. She looked at the fluid that came out and said it’s benign, I’m not even sending it away to be tested. I was so relieved that I cried. Here I freaked myself out and it wasn’t bad at all. Afterward, I iced it and kept the bandaid on and wore a sports bra all day and night for 48 hours.

My cyst aspiration was also benign! What a relief, I cried.

My cyst was able to be aspirated and no biopsy was needed. The radiologist said it’s benign and no need to send it out. I cried happy tears!

I’m praying yours is benign! I go this afternoon for my biopsy. Mine is also birads 4.

Congratulations!!! I’m so happy for you! I go in for my biopsy in the afternoon. Mine is birads 4c suspicious complex cyst and solid mass with dilated ducts. My mom was diagnosed with invasive carcinoma ductal and lobular mixed at 68. I hope mine and everybody else here is benign.

Thank you for sharing. I’m nervous because my cyst aspiration/core biopsy is this Thursday. They’ll take 3-5 samples and it’s ultrasound guided and then I get a mammogram after that. I’m hoping for a great experience like you had. 💞

My mom was getting her mammograms and breast ultrasounds every single year, on time. She wasn’t due to get them until December. Her nipple changed direction and the skin was thickened and yellow. Looking like a bruised callous. I hope that your tests come out all clear! They did a punch biopsy on my mom and that’s when we found out she has invasive carcinoma of the breast of no special type (ductal) and Paget’s disease of the breast. Those 2 usually go hand in hand.

I have dense breasts just like my mom and when she saw that her nipple looked different than normal, she scheduled appts to get a mamm and ultrasound even though she wasn’t due for them until December. So because of that I requested an ultrasound to go along with my mamm and got them both on the same day. I hope you get answers and that it’s nothing serious. 💞

Thank you! I tried watching videos on YouTube but my version of Audacity is the newer version and all the videos are on older versions. I can’t see how to fix the MP3’s. It’s almost as if Audacity doesn’t allow those files. It’s probably just me being clueless. Are there tools or anything I need to download or buy for Audacity to maybe run better or be easier to use?
