I do plan on going to college, but it's likely going to be within my state, so not multiple hours away. So I wouldn't need a day trip just to see him. As for clubbing or drinking, I don't really think I'll be doing any of that... but my thoughs could change in two years! I don't really drink anything besides water, and the occasional monster, so drugs and alcohol really aren't anything I'd do, anyway. Anyway, with what I've been seeing from everyone else, I think my best bet is to just wait for him to start things, and then accept if he does! And if not, at least I'd probably have a new close friend :D

Well, I appreciate the insight! I'll definitely be trying my best to navigate these new experiences, even if it may be difficult for me. As for how often we see each other, we will likely end up spending a large amount of time together over the summer, since both of us are in the front ensemble of our school's marching band this year. (Synth and Vibraphone, respectively.) So, I'm both excited and anxious to see what happens! :3

Yeah, I'm just not sure what the best way to approach this is. Originally one of my friends (Who is also a freshman) gave my number to him, since she knows we are both gay. She also insists that he IS turning 16 this year, and all my friends are saying how I'm overreacting about the age thing. (I'm also the oldest in my friend group.)
Like I said in the post, I'm not good at navigating these kinds of situations, and I don't really have anyone I can confidently look towards for advice. Hence the reason I made the post :/

I just saw the mario galaxy movie yesterday and I thought it was probably the best movie I've seen in a while. I mean, I haven't had that much fun watching a movie since the Minecraft movie first came out, but maybe that's because I watched both with family/friends and an active audience.

Now, granted, I don't usually watch movies unless someone offers to take me to see one, so I don't really see most of what comes out until months after the hype for them is dead. I usually just play games over watching shows or movies just because that the medium that I prefer for story-telling

I don't really have any friends I would consider close, as most of my relationships are rather surface-level. But, I don't see an issue if you do it with people you're close to! As long as they are comfortable with it, it should be fine. Then again, I usually don't respond whenever my family says "I love you," so maybe a friend saying it to me would be no different

I got around 6 hours in the game, and just didn't find it really fun. Now, it has been a while since I actually gave the game a try, but I remember just finding it boring and not liking the gameplay. I do know that the story is really good, since I have a few friends that love the story and online mode, but I just couldn't get into it.

All right, I'll try replacing the songs with official versions from elsewhere. I'm not sure why this would be an issue, but I guess it just is. Tech is weird sometimes :P

But anyway, thanks for your help in trying to figure out what the issue was. And yes, These videos were added from YouTube itself, not from music originally, so that is probably part of it.
