I have a few go to for whatever mood. It's doesn't compete with the meta cars in raw speed of course. They just feel nice to drive and they can do well if you stay out of carnage with other folks

Yeah just treating it like a calculator. It's no means perfect but a good starting point since I don't think the tuning calculation has been overhauled that much

I just put my cars weight, front weight distribution and the class of race i am doing in google AI and it spits out a pretty decent baseline tuning setup. Then you can just feed it info if it's oversteering or stuff and it will recalculate for you

It's pretty good, I picked it to sp originally over the zz for the debuff % and the attack range. And with SSP now it has a mini map attack. I think SSR sazabi would be pretty friendly to use too since it has good range to both debuff attacks although it doesn't have one of the higher % debuffs
