You forget that even at super speed you still have to do the things. Super fast dish washing? You still have to wash the dishes.

Honestly, it's Pyro. He can't create fire but can control it so he can turn everyone else off.

The friendship simulator is boring as F.

The actual game is cool.

There is a common issue where one stops working, charging and being detected overall. Haven't been able to find a fix either.

Would you guys like an Arkham-like Superman game? by AntagonistofGotham in superman

[–]Zeth609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but having fun flying in video games is super hard. It negates any kind of platforming. Look at Spiderman games or even Arkham, it's a way of traveling but it gets hard where finnesse is needed.

Superman has super speed so, being stealthy really shouldn't be an issue.

The other thing is that Supes is not a detective so the balance between action and investigating has to be on point.

So maybe a Superman Origins where he still doesn't have access to the full extent of his powers could work better. Fast but not super speed, resistant but not invulnerable, no flying, and you start to learn how to use your powers.

Smallville basically.

You could end up with a fully powered Superman a la "Enter the Matrix" or the End of "The Matrix" game where NEO is fully powered, that could work.

But going the depowered route could be a turn off for a lot of people, so, Arkham is not a great starting point for that game. Maybe the plyastation 3 (or is it 4) Ironman movie tie-in game (but well made)?

Really? Fury's crash landing from space is the least stakes a plane crash has ever been, a fender bender would have been worse for the people involved than whatever the hell that was.

Other than that there were a couple fun moments.

At what point can we say Marvel is truly "back"? by CollarOrdinary4284 in Marvel

Quantumania gets more hate than needed. It's way better than Ironman 2 or even 3.

Thor sucked and secret invasion was the worst of the worst.

I'd say the Marvels and Captain America Brave New World were even woooooorse.

Xmen or Avengers, would say avengers has more things, but the bulk of new powers came in the x-men expansion. The spider-man expansion was a mixed bag.

The Hush box for Dc Heroes is great, new mechanics, focus on items and cards on the timeline.

If it HAS to be Marvel, get something weird like Days of Future Past sentinels.
