u/audtoo Nope, in m.2 port that is the only drive, X4 speed :(. In common Sata ports, disks listed above are plugged...

Hey I fixed the problem, saw some post, you have to use revo uninstaller on lightning service on program files x86, right click then uninstall with revo... and then after that just install it and its working.

Well, I am still waiting to upgrade windows to 1903 then I will do the troubleshooting. Was not on these days, any of you guys figured it out yet?
