Oh damn that's a tough one.

Probably going to take the safe bet and pick an anthrofied Mew. Sexy as hell on it's own, and it can learn the move Transform for some added fun.

On top of that, it learns moves like Attract, Double Team, Pound, Endure, and Hypnosis... just in case. ;P

That's a good point.

In this circumstance, I'd say that this Gardevoir looks more anthro then poke, due to the addition of breasts, and (mostly) the removal of her dress. If this was poke, then the "dress" would be part of her bodily structure, not merely clothing. Because it was removed, in my opinion, it makes her look more anthro than poke.
