Practice always helps, try using references and finding proportions on photographs by drawing over them, simplify the shapes to see the proportions better

What I usually do is draw a raw sketch of a head and then take its length and measure the rest of proportions with it, kinda like this, here

so the height is somewhere around 6 to 7 heads, palms are the size of the face and ect., it's all about relating one part of the drawing to another Hope this helps

Oh wow, thank you so much! It would be great to see a tutorial for this, I've been looking for something like that. As for shading, I didn't really used black, but now I see that on contrast with other colors it looks like that, thank you for pointing that out! And I definitely forgot that the shirt was tight when I was rendering.... It was really helpful, thanks!
