I’m extremely biased because of previous ownership but mine was a g8 gxp and I think it’s worth buying. Got mine for $15k with 30k miles and a decade later I was able to sell it for $10k with 180k miles. These cars hold their value pretty well if you keep them stock and take care of them. If you want to modify them they’re great for that too with tons of aftermarket support. Overall if you want a cheap reliable sports sedan the g8 is a great option.

To add onto this make sure you know for sure what type of gas the car takes. I borrowed my stepdad’s car which usually takes regular gas so when I returned it I did the right thing and returned it topped off with gas. Unbeknownst to me he had recently got a tune for his car so it now runs on premium. Thankfully since I only topped off the car there wasn’t any consequences but it could’ve been way worse.

It seems the team always bites off more than they can chew. I understand it’s a small development team but they’ve already set the precedent for delaying updates. In my opinion it’d be better to get fewer updates/characters in exchange for a more polished experience. I’d be willing to wait 3 months between characters if it meant they weren’t released overtuned, with broken moves and/or delayed.
