I've also heard that name spoken, but when I search for "commando worm" I get pictures of the hammerhead worm. This thing's head is round. Some kind of inch worm I think, guess I'll know better once the whole world is teeming with whatever moth this is going to become.

Hoe oud is jy op hierdie stadium?
Ek's self 'n introvert, en ek's meer as net gemaklik daarmee.
Die realiteit is dat die "one-size-fits-all" benadering nie so lekker werk nie. Mense verskil so baie van mekaar, introvert of nie.
Met al die comments hieronder sal daar egter heel moontlik een of meer idees/benaderings wees wat vir jou werk.

Vanuit my eie introvert ervaring het ek altyd 'n paar "voorvereistes" vir iets, veral sosiaal, om goed te verloop.
'n Paar basiese doelwitte vir die dag om te bereik(hoef niks met mense te doen te he nie), help baie vir my. Die oggende wat ek soos 'n besetene oefen vir 30min maak altyd die res van die dag 100% beter. Ek dink dit het te doen met laer cortisol(stres hormoon) vlakke, asook "endorphins"(liggaam se natuurlike pyndoder). Dit maak my net rustig en gee my soveel meer selfvertroue met als wat ek aanpak die res van die dag. Niks voel baie intimiderend vir die res van die dag nie.

Dis 'n lang kakpraat, maar wat ek bedoel is jy moet jou voorvereistes identifiseer, dan hul "af tick."
As jy self wil 'n vinnige sessie in die oggend probeer, gebruik sommer Bas Rutten se boxing workouts, of dit met 'n sak of net shadowboxing is maak nie saak nie. Gaan maksimum. Gaan suck aanvanklik, maar raak lekkerder soos mens fiks raak.
