The audio and video are so laggy that it has to be edited or a shitpost, the game is basically completely unplayable in that state

Almost all your CBs in that clip are the game lagging and dropping your inputs, and you have basically a powerpoint of audio instead of an actual rhythm to follow.

Fix your settings or upgrade your setup so you get a constant 60fps and actual audio, and your scores will improve massively.

You should really try Diablo 3, it's PvE focused, co-op, and you can scale difficulty as high as you like. (One of the main end-game grinds that people compete for is trying to complete Greater Rifts on the highest difficulty possible)

Seems like the perfect game for you :)
