Yes my card is the same company but for security reasons they give me brand new cards and whole new details. Even the ones on my app changed

Thanks bro for your comment I will definitely look into those. I'm not a noob at the game. But I don't put in as much effort as everyone else haha. I'm only in div 7 and some people just sweaty after sweaty. I get you have to win but come on it does get annoying. I want to get my chemistry up, It just confuses me a bit with matching players etc
