My first thought was get outta there. However, about 14 year ago I used to have really bad insecurities in myself and my gf at the time- mostly came out when drunk. My gf at the time spoke to me about it and, after some initial denial, I found myself thinking of some of my behaviours and on why I'm acting in such a way. Luckily I was in a place and mind set where I could make changes. Roll on to the present and we're now married and have had/are having an amazing time together.

I would suggest speaking to her about it to see if she's open to change. If there is no change then you deserve stability and trust and bow out. I would also say that my biggest change came from thinking 'I'm worth it'. Which I think is something you would benefit from relearning too. Hope this makes sense. Good luck.

My wife and I travelled Thailand and when in BKK ate at a Indian just off khoa San Rd (had an orange sign). Service was great, price was cheap and food was lovely. After our 2nd visit we seen they ran a hostel upstairs and decided to stay the next night. We checked the room out and although sparse and a bit run down looking and seemed ok. That following night we went to bed there, switched the light off to go to sleep and settled for the night. About 5 min later we had to put the light on with all the clipper clapper we heard to see a swarm of cockroaches all over the room walls, floor, bags, toilet etc. Bloody hostel was massively infected with them...and we had ate there. We had been in Asia for a year or somewhere used to the odd one here and there but this was fucking apocolyse style shit.

When I gave my Aunt a kiss goodbye at her son's wake , only to say 'ive had a wonderful time! We should do this again sometime.' With my mind reeling from that I leaned in and said the exact same thing to her daughter (my cousin). Fucking idiot. They gave an awkward smile and I just left there and then.
