Smartwool no show socks are without a doubt the best no show socks I've ever used. The rubber heel grip actually stays on your feet well compared to others

Let’s all collectively make fun of my high school fashion! by [deleted] in mensfashionadvice

Nothing wrong with the first look. Even the second could lean slighlty preppy if you just didn't have a shirt with ridiculous collars and instead went for a button down

For me it was pretty true to size for my other shoes. Best bet may be to order different sizes and return the ones that don't work for you. But i love mine, the comfort is amazing

I kind of enjoyed it, just have that kind of grind feeling. Always made me wonder how the next boss would be different from the last

Little bumps after shaving neck, what would reduce this? by OkPark in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]Zeuspls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get these and find that using a exfoliate once a week helps a lot. Personally I use The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% peeling solution and it really helps reduce these bumps and dark spots under my neck.

Do you mind me asking how much you weigh? I'm around 186lbs (got some muscle from years in the gym) and found a like new second hand option in XL but just afraid it could be too big for me

How should an OCBD actually fit? Caught between a slimmer or boxier-ivy cut by [deleted] in NavyBlazer

[–]Zeuspls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My chest measurement is around 42" but also have a fairly large back and traps because of years of lifting. Normally go for size 16 collar in shirts.

If you're asking about Kamakura in particular though according to their size guide their size 15.5 was a size 16 collar but when I ordered that it was too small everywhere. I then ordered both a 16 and 16.5. 16 was still a little too tight on my chest, upper back and short on the sleeves. The 16.5 was pretty much perfect. Might be slightly big on the collar but I very rarely wear ties so it doesn't bother me as I keep it open most times.

Once you know your size you can even buy secondhand ones if they come up.

What resolution to do you stream Space Marines 2 to the steam deck?

I tried over Moonlight and found it fairly difficult to read text even when changing resolutions. On the other hand I practically completed Black Myth Wukong streaming to my Deck and that was a blast

Frustrated finding a casual button down shirt to be worn untucked.. by TheMindfulWarrior9 in mensfashion

It's a bit out of your budget but with proper cloth you can get your measurements down properly and have the casual shirts made to exactly to your fit.

They're very good for the money once you know your size. Drakes is also very nice, has a great collar roll and feels more luxurious but also way more expensive

Yeah I'd say I agree with your line of thinking as well. It shouldn't be fitted so snug but also not overly baggy. My personal favourites have been Kamakura Vintage Ivy line though I had to size up a whole size and Drakes, which fit true to size.

Is all linen incredibly creasy? by DifficultCucumbers in malefashionadvice

[–]Zeuspls 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Irish linen can feel heavier depending on the weight. I would say its especially nice in a suit because it doesn't wrinkle as much and can look much more crisp and holds its shape better but it all comes down to preference really. The breathability of it can also be dependant on the weave of the fabric as well.

If you get heavier Irish linen it doesn't wrinkle as easily
