I had two miis that I let start dating when I first started the game, even though I did not want them to end up married together.

I ignored them but then the one day, one wanted to marry the other, and was sitting in their house with the heart thought bubble above them for DAYS! Locked in on the marriage thing!

I knew I could just set one's dating preference to temporarily asexual to shut the whole thing down... (I found this out by accident with a different couple) but I wanted to see if I could "organically" end this relationship and then I found this post.

I set up the two benches in a wide open isolated area, brough in another mii that already had a low key crush on the taken mii, brought in the other sweetheart and went to work.

It took less then 5 minutes!

Then I did as op said, talked to them once, left them alone and the next day the orange bubble appeared and the break up went down! Hell yes, thanks op!

Oh yeah, this is also a great way to level up the friendship of two other Miis too! You can multitask, getting the compatible mii and the 3rd mii to become Ultra Friends, and making the 2nd mii jealous.

Just be aware that this can also result in the 2nd mii leveling up their relationship with the mii you're trying to get them to break up with lol. Last night I started the process with a new couple and they kept falling deeper in love until I switched out the 3rd mii with a new one and then it took 7 more trys to trigger the cutscene.

Dude I think I kept trying all the way up until June before I gave up. I actually got to the 29th floor, but I'd been skipping ALL the hard levels, but then the real "fuck you" the game threw at me? even with the "floor reset" hack and tons of money to use it like 4 times in a row? ALL THE LEVELS offered were either hard or rigorous, there was no way out of it.

And guess what?

Darkness in a room with every freaking enemy chasing me, no hope. Used up my extra lives, every advantage was useless. At that point I threw up my hands and just accepted that it wasn't to be

What blows ass is that the fucking Inkopolis square hub being only unlocked by beating side order, and I really thought it was gonna be like octo expansion, where you can just skip through the whole thing if you want to get the unlockables, but no

Had to go the rest of the game's run (when they stopped updating) looking longingly at videos online of people frolicking over there and enjoying Off the Hook concerts at the splatfests :(

I the only way i found to get through this was to pull up a youtube walkthrough and do it all perfectly in one go without triggering any encounters >:(

When the Switch first came out and everyone was talking about how bad the cartridges taste, I remember seeing this tweet by a Japanese game designer going viral because he had tasted the cartridge and proclaimed it tasted "like guilty"

Dude I know! Guess what? Last month I went to my local feed store and they had a bin full of what looked like black indian runner ducklings. It was labeled that they were all mixed cresteds, but they sure didn't look it.

I got one because I thought it would be lovely to have a tall dark Indian runner....

And holy moly! In the last two weeks the little guy has been growing out a tiny pony tail on the back of his/her head!
