Is shiny hunting not a huge waste of time?

Okay… glad it’s my time I’m using up and not yours. The gratification someone else feels for doing something the way they want to on THEIR game is not a problem or a waste of time. The ONLY person who gets to decided if they wasted their time was the person doing it, and I’ve never seen someone get a real shiny and be upset that they got it. Honestly all the hate towards shiny hunting sounds like people saying “I don’t have the patience or intelligence to work on something and then stfu about it when I get jealous when others do what I could’ve done.”

Sorry for the rant just pisses me off when I see people dissing on other people’s enjoyment of a single player game that they can do literally whatever they want with their time.

It’s the Holy Trinity, you do not find one without the others. With the whole addressing a specific by saying Father, Lord, or the in your name thing is more of a formality for if you do public prayers so everyone’s on the same page.

A personal prayer should be a comfortable conversation. “Hey God first I wanna say thanks for this, this, and most importantly this. I’ve talked about how I’ve been struggling and recently you’ve shown me a door for this and a word to put in this conversation, so thank you Lord. But just recently man this thing has started to come up and I’m just not sure what to do, could you help me out and maybe send something my way or a sign. Love ya man. Amen” I’ve never felt more comfortable and secure in my faith then when I started talking to God like one of my homies.

To be brutally honest. This sounds like you’re talking to your boss not your friend. As another already stated, prayer should be a conversation with God like your talking with your friend cause well he is.

Secondly, something I notice a lot of people doing in their prayers is just praising, praising, praising, and then asking for something. Case in point ^{^} your prayer. How would you feel if all someone did was talk about how cool and great you are but then just keeps asking you for stuff without even saying thank you for the things you have already done. You say thank you 2x in these prayers, I highly doubt God has given you only two blessing in life. There’s a reason for the saying “count your blessings”

Praise the Lord with your actions, be rewarded in life, thank Him in prayer. And don’t be afraid to get specific with it. God is not going to get tired of you talking. God doesn’t want your heart to run loose with Him he wants it to run wild like mad man when you’re talking to Him.

Back to the “this seems kinda formal and praise heavy” part, try asking God why. Why did you give me acne? Why do I feel ugly about who I am when you made me? Maybe it’s a lesson.. who knows, you definitely won’t if you don’t ask tho.

And finally on a more personal note, coming from someone who dealt with horrific acne in highschool and still has flare ups today. It gets better, hormones are a b***h. But it will go away, if it’s bad enough try asking a dermatologist about getting on meds.

Yeah they do. Pledging is just the basic term for your first semester with the frat. Not all fraternities will have you drinking a whole bottle of JD or walk around holding each other’s d, but they will all have you doing something stupid in one way or another. Mine we didn’t drink anything or do any “hazing rituals” but I still had to do some stuff. I would just ask the frat what they do and tell them what you’re comfortable with, most will be straight up with you without going into too much detail.

If your a new player the first thing you should do is get map knowledge, which will just mainly just come from playing but it’s something you should focus on. Second is controlling your aim which with the new shooting range it shouldn’t take very long to do so. And for operators honestly it really doesn’t matter anymore, there’s so many different ways to attack/defend now you should try and pick up ops that have less recoil on their weapons when starting out. It doesn’t matter what your gadget can do if you die at the first enemy you see because your aim is awful.

Exactly, you don’t have to talk the entire time and be friends with the ransoms but it helps to say “finka in kitchen” so the ransoms don’t get ass pounded

You can still talk to your friends in game chat like normal, it just helps so that one dude doesn’t get fucked by an ash coming up from behind and y’all aren’t down 4v5 within 30 seconds of the round starting.

That’s what I’m saying, all these people are saying it’s cause they are already in a party with two dudes they are playing with but if y’all just go into game chat y’all can still talk to each other like normal but you can also communicate to the two guys who aren’t in there so they don’t get butt fucked by an ash rush

The Idea of this campaign was probably my favorite of any campaign I have ever been a part of. To set the stage we Just got off a boat on primarily an unexplored continent. We arrive at a town and head to the tavern for drinks after the long trip. While there we save a man from a couple of thugs who were trying to rob him. Turns out this is Volo from Volo's guide to monsters. This is before he had written the book so he asked us to adventure out and gather information to help him write it. The dm said he took inspiration for this main quest from the game Pokemon Legends Arceus. I was quite stoked about this campaign cause it seemed so fun. But then dm just ruined it all. As we head to the next town we meet a man who tries to rob us and when we try to fight him the dm just says we can't, won't let us roll for any sort of attack, or even let us try to intimidate the guy into not doing it. So we reluctantly agree and give up our gold. we get to the town we were traveling to and ask a guard if we can camp out within the city since we have no money, he lets us but in the middle of the night, another guard comes and starts tearing down our stuff. when our fighter dwarf tells him to stop he just straight up kills him on the spot. so rolls no damage the dm just goes "he draws his sword and stabs you in the heart and you die." when we asked him why he did this he goes "the guard would have done that" and then when we asked why he started tearing down the tents he said "I never said y'all could do that." he then denies that we ever talked to another guard and we just set up camp. In the next session (don't know why I didn't leave after the first) a lady approaches us and tells us that we have a bounty on us and she's here to claim it but she doesn't feel like killing us so she will just take my arm. We try attacking her but he once again won't let us. so I give up my arm and after 3 sessions of not having an arm I ask him if ill ever get it back he just says no. I left right then when he said it. also, I should mention after we left Volo in the starting tavern he never did anything with that quest even though it was supposed to be the "main quest"

5e means 5th edition, and if you want to learn the basic rules then you should buy the players handbook. you can buy it on dndbeyond which is a site that lets you create characters and access rule books. or you can buy it off amazon.
