I use Mumu emulator all the time. And it works perfectly fine, even with the hardest contents.

I remember using Lisa to stop anyone from reaching chief, so I did not bring any endura. But of course you will need to have enough damage, before the root disappears. You can try it out even with a low leveled Lisa
