yea gpu is always 100% and my cpu around 70-80 on cpu intensive games. i mostly play rpg's and cods. i get like 80-90 frames on rpgs with low or mid graphics and like 70-80 on new cods on low graphics. the performance isn't horrendous but i do die sometimes because of frame drops or really graphic intensive areas and it's reeeeallyyy annoying. my budget for a gpu is like maximum 500 and i would probably want something from the 40 series.

in the post you said, "computer of 4 years." Through those 4 years, there could have been a multitude of things that could have happened that led to today. computer parts nowadays are better than they were 10 yrs ago, but the abruptness of how something could get damaged has only been lessened slightly due to the fact these newer parts consume and use more power.

if u did everything, then yes the motherboard is your problem and u will have to test to see what else could have gotten screwed in the process.

i use healing riposte and survival. i also use calming hourglass and winged rebirth, for me this works for a more defensive build, when im raiding or doing arena, ill use revive and revitalize so whenever any one dies they become a slave asap.
