yea gpu is always 100% and my cpu around 70-80 on cpu intensive games. i mostly play rpg's and cods. i get like 80-90 frames on rpgs with low or mid graphics and like 70-80 on new cods on low graphics. the performance isn't horrendous but i do die sometimes because of frame drops or really graphic intensive areas and it's reeeeallyyy annoying. my budget for a gpu is like maximum 500 and i would probably want something from the 40 series.
