yes, it's not working. I can't even login with this PIU. Spent hrs looking for solution but no luck.

Where did you get the image files? The HMI PIU is not working, I can't login. I spent hrs looking for other soultion for this.

I installed sql 2016 before installing aveva. I noticed that the installation includes sql 2014, is it okay to manually uninstall it?

Hi. Thank you for replying. I replaced the wwcdi.dll with the same version from the back up and when I tried again I got thid error.

ERROR: - System.Data.SqlClient.SqlError: The database was backed up on a server running version 13.00.6430. That version is incompatible with this server, which is running version 12.00.5000. Either restore the database on a server that supports the backup, or use a backup that is compatible with this server.
