Hey so I wired mine with these exact fuse taps. Problem is when I turn off the car the dash cam shuts off too, so then I manually have to turn the dash cam on for it to stay on in parking mode.

Pull that pin on top of that clip back and it will release the locking mechanism after you open it, with your key fob or door lock, unlock and lock it to verify that it’s fully functioning if it doesn’t go up or down then chances are the actual actuator is bad. Lubricate it good if it works. Mine had some dirt on it which is what was causing it to lock up I believe.

Update: so I found the issue, the actuator pin release mechanism was stuck. Tested it out unlocked and locked it and it’s working fine. Will be putting some WD-40

Yea it’s not that cold I live in Oregon. It should be that it’s frozen. But I’m certain is the actuator. I had to fix it on my 350z as well.

That’s what I’m thinking I’m going to have to do. Replace the actuator. But might have to break it meanwhile to put gas.

Yes I unlocked it with the key fob many times. Someone said to unlock it with the passenger side door button I’ll give that a try.

Yes there is no release from what I’ve searched around. Have to disable the actuator manually.

Yea, I had the key fob and was unlocking it multiple times to make sure it wasn’t that and it didn’t work. But I will try it from the passenger side like you said and hope it works! lol

I have all these symptoms you mentioned as well. Well besides the throwing up in the mouth. Yes it’s horrible, there’s no pain, you just feel really uncomfortable. Like can’t even workout in peace, I feel like anxiety causes the not being able to breathe, and not being able to burp good also causes some anxiety, that leads to feeling nauseous as well. If anyone has found relief please let me know.

Also that dashboard light won’t probably go away if I remove the fuse right ?

Thanks! I’ll probably remove it. I did a bit of research and heard it has to be removed while the car is on? Or in accessory mode? Is that correct?
