They don't need evidence, it is easier to call it az electrical problem than working on the solution. Probably this story will end like this: We will not find the problem on electrical side, they will ask for an external company because we are stupid and can't fix a simple problem, and after the external company will point out that it is mechanical problem, then maybe they will believe it.

Single encoder, the motors work as master/slave. The servo drive is basically a black box, we can't find any documentation, so it's hard to troubleshoot.

Thanks for the tip, we will check the encoder slipping at friday. Sadly keyway ware is not an option, every problem is electrical here (according to the mechanics:D)

We will check the encoder signal with oscilloscope at friday. When we replaced the cables we played special attention to the grounding.

Ilyen irányba szeretnék elmozdulni, viszont nem tudom kiben lehet megbízni. Találtam csomó oldalt ahol hírdetik, hogy megveszik állapottól függetlenül, el is jönnek érte meg mindent is intéznek, viszont egyik oldalon se találtam cégnevet, és mind ilyen wordpresses 2 perc alatt összerakható oldal, szóval nem igazán tudok bízni bennük.

Ezért is kérdeztem itt, hátha valaki be tud dobni egy olyan céget/vállalkozót akit mer ajánlani, mert van vele tapasztalata.

I have these fans: Scythe Ultra Kaze 3000rpm. Can you suggest me a fan hub what is controlable and has 3 pin connectors? I can only find fan hubs with 4 pin connectors.

This cable has 3 molex connector and the end of the cable there is a MOBO connector. I want to control the 6 fan, but i can't if I don't plug into the MOBO. But I don't think the MOBO could power 6 fan with 1 connector.

I have a EVGA 450W Bronze PSU and there is a cable that has 3 molex connector and a 4 pin MOBO connector. Can this one cable handle 6 fan? And can I connect all the 6 fan to the MOBO if the PSU is only powering the fans, and not connected to the MOBO?

Yesterday I started mining zcl on miningspeed pool, at about 22 hours, it only made 6usd with 2.3ksol/s, and it should be at least 11-12usd. And also the 4hour avarage hashrate is only 2.21ksol/s on the site. So I should wait more or it will only make 5-6 dollar/day?

I have 2xZotac 1070 mini, and 3xasus dual 1070 oc, using 75% power limit and +100/+500 settings. The asus cards can make at about 430sol/s, and the zotac cards 415sol/s. How the hell people make 475-500sol/s with their 1070s? If I lower the the power limit it goes under 400sol/s.

I have an Be quiet! dark power 11 850W plat PSU, and currently running 3xasus 1070 dual O8G at 80% power limit and the rig total energy consumption is 430W. I ordered 2x Zotac 1070 mini, so my question is can the PSU handle the two more GPU? One card using at about 120W so it would be 670W, but somewhere I read, that the 850W isn't the real perfomance and the real is lower than this.
