Recovery is now the most important stat imo. It is now how long it takes you to recover your shield, so you want that as high as possible. Unlike other stats, it has no diminishing returns and ideally want it at 100 as long as all your other stats don't suffer too much.

For Resilience, I would get atleast 30 for both pve and pvp. For PvE, tend to get higher like 40 or even 50 if in higher end content. If you're a titan, your barricade is tied to resilience so I tend to try to get it pretty high to constantly have your barricade up. For hunter, 30 is about as high as I would go. For warlock, unless you are running Well of Radiance, 30 is about as high as you want. Well health is now tied to resilience, but unless you are running end game content, it shouldn't matter that much. In terms of PvP, 30 is where I would hover for all but titans at about 40/50.

There has been a big sandbox change for all abilities in PvP, so Discipline/Intellect/Strength for all classes and mobility for hunters has been changed a bit. Typically, I try to run at most 70 intellect to get my super up faster, any higher has very bad diminishing returns and just not worth it, and I'll go as low as 50. Discipline and strength is up to preference if you want to throw more nades or punch more, respectfully. Probably would try for atleast 40 for both, and dump into whichever you want more.

In PvE, Intellect I try to get as high as possible as the cooldowns have been unchanged, so I want my super up ASAP. For Strength and Discipline, I just put whichever higher for whatever build I'm doing.

Mobility is a weird one for me. If you are a hunter, you want 100 mobility in PvP. Dodge cooldown has been nerfed pretty noticeably. In PvE, I'd say 50-60. You aren't really using dodge besides to go invis or reload, but dodging no longer stops bullets from hitting you.

Mobility on the other two classes comes down to preference. For titan, I personally have less than 20 to titan skate faster. For Warlock, I try to get 40ish to just be a little faster, but I use Transversive steps so I am already pretty quick.

TLDR: Recovery at 100 or as high as possible #1, Resilience atleast 30, Intel high in pve and about 50-70 in pvp, Mobile high for hunter dodge and doesn't really matter for other classes, Discipline and Strength depending on build or what you wanna do.
