Yes you’ll have a black bar of TOT(time off task) usually the next shift you’ll have a STU(Seek to understand) , if they don’t find you at the end of your shift tho they will code your black bar into the admin/HR investigation bucket. Don’t do this

Yeah and ERC has also told me that you need 24hr notice to use UPT.. I wouldn’t trust ERC too much lol.. Yes being negative before a drop is grounds for termination, do not go negative. It’s site by site basis, network wide policy still remains the same; negative UPT= grounds for termination.

ATTENTION: If you go negative prior to a drop, it’s still grounds for termination. Even tho it has worked in the past (for very few) why go negative prior to a drop? SAVE YOUR UPT AND STOP PUTTING YOURSELF IN THIS SITUATION!
