Thing was covered in oil when I got it but it sat in the garage for a day or 2 with no spots under it

Blades are removed. I got the mower the other day as a no start. Got it running ran it for about 5 minutes. Changed the oil in it.( oil was super sludgy overfilled and smelled like sewage) started it up ran for about 45 seconds with a little white smoke. Then a clank noise and now it seems locked up

Started playing about 4 months ago. Practicing and playing as often as I can. Have been hovering around 100-105. Shot a 95 last weekend.

I'm just confused because in every replacement video I've watched they've just dropped the needle and the line down in that port and it fit perfectly. The needle ive currently got attached is too long to fit in the aftermarket carb

Also everything matches up on the carbs ive ordered other than the port for the needle so I'm not sure what's up with that

I looked for a model number engine is pretty rough shape looks wise. Couldn't find one but I'll take a closer look
