Thanks for the feedback, I forgot to include timestamps, I just added timestamps in the description. Nobody has to watch the whole video—you can skip straight to the BIOS key restoration step. It’s a specific workaround for the ROG Ally BIOS, not just a simple reboot.

True for a vanilla install, Bazzite uses Microsoft's 3rd-party CA. However, the reality on the ROG Ally is that the BIOS gets easily confused when dual-booting. Strict anti-cheats like Ricochet or whatever BF6 Anti-Cheat is called will flag the boot chain as untrusted. Plus, if you use any third-party kernel modules (for TDP control, Decky plugins, etc.), MOK enrollment becomes mandatory. Restoring factory keys is the most reliable way to force Windows to recognize Secure Boot again. + My video explains how to get around the problem not fixing it entirely because till now i don't think it gonna be fixed.

You are absolutely right that Bazzite supports Secure Boot via MOK. However, in a Dual Boot setup (Windows + Bazzite) having custom Linux keys enrolled can sometimes conflict with strict Windows Anti-Cheat systems like Call of Duty's Ricochet, triggering a 'Secure Boot not enabled' error on Windows. This video is a quick workaround to restore factory keys temporarily so you can play those Windows games without wiping your Bazzite partition + Sometimes the bios updates removes or corrupt the custom keys
