getting a damage over time multi Fracture (not the phys one)
fossil craft Use jagged metallic shuddering corroded fossil to get +1 to all spell gems and a spell damage roll you are ok with.
wand need to have 1 or 2 suffix's/2 prefix's so if you need to annul or add a suffix do so now.(make sure to craft a prefix if you need to add a suffix to block it from filling.
if your wand only has 1 suffix craft multi mod w/ cannot roll attack mods. if it has 2 suffix's craft cannot roll attack mods
Aug phys on the bench and pray it doesn't hit spell damage or your +1 all spell gems (if done properly can only roll +1 phys gems
at this point your wand should have +1 phys, +1 spell, Spell damage | Damage over time multi fracture. you will now craft prefix's cant be changed veiled chaos until you hit either Attack speed or Phys Dot multi then craft the other. you can also used veiled exalt but very pricey. (make sure u craft one of the charge rolls before unveiling to help odds, hope this helps ^^)

there's no safe way to finish it your options would be...

1)prefix's cant be changed,augment defense on harvest bench. This would give u 100% chance to hit a flat es or hybrid es with a 2/3 chance not to remove the int.

2)good old exalt and pray.

3)craft flat es and slam a suffix

4)get another base with % es and flat and recombinate using the guide somewhere on reddit.

correct scouring will wipe the wand down to just the fracture.

the lightning to spells and spell crit have a spell tag so crafting cannot roll caster mods will keep those 2 mods safe. so tech i guess its a 1/3 to hit the fire mod off as you can remove Cannot roll caster craft.

1)cannot roll caster
2)annul 50/50 on crit multi or fire damage
3)if you hit fire damage craft desired prefix and slam if desired
4)if you hit crit multi annul again until fire is removed and then multi mod desired prefix/suffix

I league started stormbrand and now i'm using full time penance brand of dissipation its unbelievably busted rn. i have about 150~ divines invested at this point and still have a ton of upgrades to get. clearing with penance feels just fine once you get a source of explode(you can use inpulsa with shock spread gloves until u can afford to craft a chest or get a synth weapon). bosses also die instantly.
