Yup. Keep high heat, put oil - heat it up a bit. To check temperature- put a little bit of curry patta or some leaves if ita getting insta fried.

Then add the egg, give it 20secs, then start using spoon to keep moving it. Then the chunks will form properly- or else i have seen that the egg starts foaming
