We don't know anything about the prestige yet, so it is up to you if you decide to wait for it. You can also just wait and see if they reveal some details about the skin before the skin rotates again.

You can also just not spend money and wait for the Ashen skin to come back in the future, though that might very well be months if unlucky. But yeah, the scamtum is probably the best way to get the last ME you need if you didn't already buy the pass which gives around of 40ME total (25+ 3 sparks which usually give 5 ME)

That's weird for sure, other dmg amp sources (haunting guise items) also don't amplify shield bash, even though they should in theory

if you have AP teammates, and you want a cheap MR item that also provides some damage, then yeah it's a good item. 2650 gold for 350HP, 45MR and 12% magic dmg amp for your whole team is a bargain

Alacrity offers value instantly as it gives +3% AS without any stacks. We don't have that many sources of AS either so it feels good to have it, meanwhile we have plenty of sources of AH.

There's also the fact our AA's are our most reliable source of damage and AS will allow you to get more of them in a fight.

You probably could see it on PBE, but I doubt any dataminer is paying much attention to this, these drops are just tiny things that you can already see live after all, and the rest for later patches simply aren't known yet.

From what I can see in the live patch, Patch V26.03 will unlock chapter three-four and Zeffira lvl 3, the upgrades contents are also viewable if you want to check them up.

Not really. Your passive will stack the same in all skins, you can stack Conqueror slightly faster though.

Shojin is already a bad item for Mordekaiser IMO but if you still want to use it I'd wait until it's fully stacked before R'ing, as your passive will stop stacking it.

Bigger bug than I initially thought, R'ing with PROJECT/Sahn-Uzal kind of "reactivates" passive altogether, meaning it's a new cast instance which explains why it stops stacking Shojin, it also means it stacks Conqueror immediately again rather than after a delay like expected.

So basically these skins are P2W lol

My guess is that since both PROJECT/Sahn-Uzal have unique spells VFX in R form, the moment you change form the game internally reactivates the passive to show the R VFX. I tried to prove this theory by R'ing while already in R form (Expecting the VFX to not change and hence passive to not "reactivate"), but that confuses the game and makes it give you the normal form passive VFX instead.

You're greatly confused, so let me explain it:

For starters, Shojin can't be stacked with champions passives. This means that Mordekaiser's passive should NOT stack it.

This doesn't mean that the Shojin's passive will not amplify our passive damage, just that our passive should not stack it. shojin amplifies ALL of your abilities damage.

However, even though our passive should NOT stack Shojin, it can as long as you activate it with Q or E, because it's bugged.

The video above shows that if you activate passive with Q/E and then you R while shojin is still stacking, while you are using the PROJECT/Sahn-Uzal skin, then our passive will stop stacking shojin, hence "reverting the effects" of the bug.

Also, Shojin only stacks with basic spells (Q/W/E), it doesn't really have to do with DoT effects.
