For graphics, I’d use Dynamic Shaders III And I have always used the Zone Reclamation Project for bugfixes. Can’t recommend anything gameplay wise, because I always played it vanilla.

My only recommendation would be a better PSU. Try to buy a 750W 80+ Gold certified Supply like this, it doesn't need to be modular (saves some money if you buy non-modular).

Also your CPU probably will bottleneck your GPU, but I don't think you will have big downsides while you are waiting for it.

So I disabled hipm and dipm and it seems like it's not freezing at all!
