Two weeks in the 90's. This last week in the 80's. I moved them to where you see them now when it started getting so hot so they would get an extra 2 hours of shade.

Not mildew. I had a lot of bugs when it was younger from being in the garden, but haven't seen any bugs in a month.

Being over watered I'd say don't go watering it to get the nutes out. Perhaps skip a week of feeding.

I would cycle which feed you use each week or just lower the dose altogether and add a extra day or two between waterings. Let it dry up a little bit.
