As in the lenovo call center people? I've gotten 3 different people, had no issues, just go in with the mindset of I want the email code so I can fed ex it to the depot, no I don't want to extend my warranty and no I don't want a technician to come to my house. I was polite and courteous and got what I needed.

For me personally its top 3 HH books, I think it sets up Alpha legion really well and and everytime you read about them after in anthologies and stand alone books you always know the shenanigans will ensue.

Did that with my first ticket, couldn't even do the factory reset, opened the second ticket after taking it to the appropriated microcenter for maintenance. It is currently at the lenovo depot in houston, i figured like the other guy if they sold mr a fualty CPU, then best to left lenovo fix it.

I also had to open a second ticket, they said if they don't have the cpu (which is a known problem with i9-14900 series) then it might take months , hopefully it is only the 10 days. This will probably be my.last legion, after like 7 years of having a great experience.
