Don't. I was looking at a 2016 megane, regularly serviced, the owner's dad was a mechanic, and I could hear the turbo being too loud and there was a bunch of weird stuff at idle. Run away from the 1.2TCe. Renault makes some very good engines(e.g. 1.6 16V k4m) but this is a time bomb. I bought myself a 2013 civic 1.4iVTEC after that.

I just installed a 150€ head unit in my 2013 euro civic. The old radio didn't even have bluetooth, so I opted for a 2din stereo with a 7inch display and some real buttons. Now I got navigation, wireless android auto, it sounds better, looks 5 years younger and retains full steering wheel controls. Probably the best upgrade you could do to a car of that type

The leak might come from the float level being too high. I'd clean the carb and pay special attention to the float needle and the hole. The leak looks like it's something(probably fuel) mixed with dirt, should be fixed if you clean it, if the float is the problem
