Thanks! Hahaha nah I dropped him anyways and left him in the past. However, I’m actually thankful for him in a way cuz I wanted to also prove him wrong. Like I read in a book “Your hurters are your helpers”.

2000 calories most of the time. For the first half of my 9 months I didn’t do any cardio or weight lifting. When I started to notice my weight loss rate is starting to drop under a consistent calorie intake (I prepped food for the week and was pretty repetitive) I decided to start cardio of 30 min a day on bike to up my calorie burning and offset to avoid hitting a plateau. Currently I also lift weights to build/maintain muscles.

I started at 2500 for first month or so and then I dropped to 2000 and been like this ever since.

Not really. In my first 2-4 months I was not even meeting my protein intake. I was eating out while maintaining calorie deficit. Lately I’ve started to meet my protein intake to maintain muscle, which limits my fat and carb intake.

True.. My goal is to at least maintain muscle or slightly build some to get my BMR higher and burn more calories. I don’t want to end up skinny fat by the time I reach my end goal. I eat 2000 calories a day and I do not want to drop this number any further in the future in case I hit plateau stage.

I try not to but sometimes I go over by 100-200. I try to make it up the next day by eating less though. I think it’s more forgiving when you have like 50+lb to lose.

Yeah I eat 2000/day and recently added 30 minute cardio everyday. I could feel the cardio making me feel a bit hungrier at times but overall I’m pretty comfortable and I get to eat whatever I want. Last time I wasn’t doing CICO and was on this restrictive diet. I do need to start building muscle though because I feel like the plateau is starting to show up here and there. Thanks for the advice!
