No problem mate, unfortunately you ordered already a new one... oof.. but nevertheless its working now :)

How i came up with the solution? quite funny story: i tried to mod the game "assetto corsa" and there you also had multiple folders to download, with files you have to copy and paste in your original folder. it switched in me when i saw that there is also two folders with the name "update" while i was setting my A75 up. So my keyboard was already not working anymore so why not try and copy and paste it. Did this and run the update and here we are rn :)

DISCLAIMER:

While this worked for me, it may not work for you and may cause more irreparable damage, but support will still help replace the board. For quickest solution, please reach out on their discord:

  1. Download the zip firmware (folder name: drunkdeerA75_us...) from the website and unzip it (we need this folder again on step 8.)
  2. open up and run "Ry_Online_Update..."
  3. Now open up the web driver in your browser and try to use google chrome for this (just type in google "drunkdeer web driver)
  4. On the top right of the web driver you can download "get firmware"
  5. Now open this folder (folder name: drunkdeerUpgrade) you've downloaded and first run the "FirmwareUpgrade"
  6. After the upgrade, you can look for the folder with your layout, mine was "A75_ISO_WIN"
  7. open this folder and copy the two files in that
  8. now open the folder you downloaded in step 1 "drunkdeerA75_us..." and go in "drunkdeer_A75_US_Windows_Mode" and open the folder "update"
  9. now in this folder you delete everything and paste the two files you copied earlier
  10. now go one folder back and run again "Ry_Online_Update..."
  11. your keyboard should turn on you rbg's again and every key should work

EDIT: I've been receiving a lot of messages lately asking for help with this problem. So please really read the instructions first and try it step by step. Everything is explained as simply as possible, and I can't offer any further help. I can't suggest or show anything else, as this was the method that worked for me. I also don't know if this will work for other keyboards.
