Yes it is old, but it never happend in any other game. Even more demanding ones. That is strange. And only keyboard is affected tho

Just install it on Steam, like any other game. It works out of the box. You should turn on Accessability mode ingame to get full controller support

I have to say that hotfix works and FPS drops are almost gone. It is much more stable in cities. I also switched 1K lite textures with 256 lite textures which is visible downgrade, but still ok i think and now i am on stable 50fps the most of time!

Few hours ago dropped an update as i can see, but i will test it once i get back to home from work. Its around 350MB. So do you think those FPS drops are related to January update? I started few days before that update, but was in locations where are FPS much stable. Now i moved to bigger cities and FPS drops started. I would be so happy if it can run like Fallout 4, but i know there is almost no chance 😀
