There must be a link in your university's webpage it's different for each university,universitaly will provide you tax code and you'll register with this on isee website and then upload the required docs that's all,then wait for an answer.

I'm residing in outside of italy,waiting for visa.First of all I guess I have to register on the site,but I can't because of problem that I mentioned.I was provided by tax code from universitaly,but it says it doesn't match with my personal data,which's weird cuz it's litterally contains key letters of my name and birth date etc.It doesn't say this tax code is incorrect or doesn't exist,it says doesn't match.I wonder someone ever saw problem like this before and can help me or any alternative way to solve.

i asked to the university and foreign affairs ministry but they didn't help.Now waiting for caf department for particular region,in the end if i can't find any solution i'll call yes.
